Not real sure if this works or not because the second day I used it (following the video with the elderly lady), I ruptured several blood vessels in my knee and thigh. I have been on crutches for the last 5 weeks. I nor my orthopedic dr. can state for sure this was a result of using the machine but if it is not, it was quite a coincidence.
