I asked my local TREK dealer about indoor trainers, he had experience with the CycleOps Fluid 2 and suggested it. He did not have any of the TREK version in stock, so we searched ebay and found a great deal on one. Assembly was easy, but you do have to install the enclosed rear axle into your bike (easy) to fit it to the trainer. Not a problem. It is realistic feeling resistance, about the only thing we did was raise the front tire so it didn;t feel like you were riding down hill all the time (since the rear tire is slightly elevated).
