I have had this for about a month and it was well worth the price. After searching through the usual stores for something to get my heartrate up on wet winter days, This is the perfect compact, low impact unit, of any I have seen. The "step" models I tried at the sporting goods store were concussive on my joints. This little machine makes your workout smooth, and the resistance is adjustable. You won't find that on most in this class or price range. Super sturdy,easy to put together with included tools, stores out of the way.
Put it in front of your favorite news program and you'll be amazed at how quickly you will build your stamina. I use mine every day I can't get out of the house for whatever reason.
