this order has been nothing but a headache! I ordered this bike; and to my surprise, my order summary the next day stated I ordered 2 bikes! I quickly called the company, and the customer service rep informed me he had sent a message to the warehouse to cancel 1 of the bikes, and I would get an email confirmation from them later. I never received the email confirmation, and upon checking amazon the next day, I saw that 2 bikes had shipped! Not only that, but according to tracking, they were sent to the post office 12 HOURS after I talked to customer service to cancel 1 of the bikes! How could they not cancel 1 of the bikes in 12 hours?! I have left a message with their customer service again, but have not gotten a response.
