When the first one arrived, it had only 2 of the 4 shown tension adjusters on it. I thought it must be a defective model and I returned it, asking for a replacement. I asked that the shipper check the box had the correct product before sending replacement. The replacement came and still had only 2 of 4 tension adjusters. This box had no signs of being opened, checked and re-sealed. I've returned the 2nd one and will seek another company's stretcher that is truly what is pictured and advertised.
