I am person that the package is always missing some parts, the directions are not clear, and I can never get the darn thing assembled in a reasonable amount of time, not so with this product and assembly was a snap! Great product and needed no belt adjustments right out of the box. The slight elevation gives a good workout for someone my age of 66 years old. I am more than completely satisfied with this product. I don't recommend this product for running but for slow to medium to a brisk walk this is excellent.
