I was looking for a stand alone VKR Station without the additional Pull-up or Push-up hardware. The Body Solid VKR Station takes up very little space in my small home gym. It was easy to assemble and is rock solid compared to the Combo VKR's I checked out at the local sporting goods super stores. I am very pleased with my Body Solid VKR and would recommend it to anybody looking for a compact, solid, gym quality piece of equipment.
