For the life of me I can not understand the other reviews concerning the Hydra suspension system. After receiving, setup, and running on this treadmill I found the much praised Hydra suspension system nonexistent! I immediately called the company to complain and was informed by customer service,"At the highest setting (hydra suspension system)there is only a slight difference that can be felt when the machine is set in the incline position". WHAT THE .......?!?! This experience has sincerely taught me to think twice about the feedback I read.Get more detail about Smooth Fitness 9.45ST Treadmill.
